Your Tasks

• Supporting the Head of Education and Training with various administrative duties
• Responsible for training coordination and time administration for the department
• Typing, preparing, and collating reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Managing and organizing meetings
• Office management (e.g. managing department audits, ordering office supplies, managing inventory, etc.)

Your Profile

• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) a plus
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a motivated personality

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 37,361.66.
