One of the leading and growing international claims handling organizations in Europe, CED Cross Border Claims, is offering a great job to someone who will be in charge of the office in Vienna. Within a small team you will lead the CED Cross Border Claims activities (TPA-services to insurance companies throughout Europe) and be represent us in the Austrian market.

Being the country manager you are also the main contact for our clients, legal specialists and the Austrian Motor Insurance Bureau. You will work closely with all country managers within our own network of 14 offices countries and with the trusted partners in 27 other countries.

Your goal is to offer the best and reliable claims handling services, understanding that knowledge, good communication and reliability are essential. You know the insurance industry and have experience in MPTL claims, preferably also in international claims. Next to that, you are entrepreneurial and will always seize an opportunity to expand our activities.

What would that mean to you?

You will work with a small and motivated team, while experiencing the freedom of leading your own office. Of course, you have a budget to reach and must follow CED’s high and standardized processes for our clients, but you are also the one who knows the Austrian market and will be the one who can make a difference. By contributing via commercial activities, handling complex claims within a European context (Green Card and 4th MD claims) yourself as well and managing all office necessities, you will enjoy being successful.

What do you need to bring?

Obviously you have experience as a senior claims handler or manager claims. Preferably you have experience in international MTPL claims. The working language at the office is German, and meetings with your international colleagues are in English. You are ambitious and now seek a challenge.  Very important as well, you will want to be the „gewerberechtliche Geschäftsführer im Unternehmen“ –  at least want to gain the „Gewerbeschein“ in the Wirtschaftskammer. You have leadership qualities and operate according to high standards.
