Debt Advisory is one of our core advisory services, within the office of the CFO we assist clients in areas such as arranging debt financing, refinancing existing debt, and optimizing capital structures. The firm's debt advisory services are tailored to meet the unique needs of both corporate and public sector clients, ensuring effective financial strategies and solutions. Our Debt Advisory team forms part of our Treasury Advisory Group within Zanders.

We are currently expanding our team and recruiting for an experienced professional in the Debt Advisory industry in Austria.

This role will bring you a variety of tasks and responsibilities, such as:

• Helping to grow and strengthen Zanders as a Debt Advisor, with a special focus on corporate clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients in both the corporate and public sectors.
• Contributing to the team’s development by enhancing both technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
• Working on a range of projects, primarily in corporate debt advisory, with opportunities to explore treasury and risk management as well.

Skills to be successful

• A deep understanding of the corporate Debt Advisory market, a network in the corporate market in Austria and the DACH Region, relationships with relevant corporate banks and considerable experience in Debt Advisory.
• A proven track record in the field of Debt Advisory with knowledge of best market practices
• A large network in the corporate client space in Austria (network in Germany is a plus).
• Strong interest in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelor’s or Master’s-Degree
• An entrepreneurial mindset, a strategic thinker with leadership skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
