We’re looking for a doer—someone who gets out there, takes action, closes deals, and builds and leads customer relationships from first outreach to finished campaign.

Tasks

Business Development: Identify, contact, and win decision-makers at agencies, brands, and companies—online, at trade fairs, and at conferences.

  • Account Ownership: Build your own customer relationships, develop them strategically, and act as the main point of contact throughout the entire sales and project cycle.
  • Project Execution: Accompany campaigns from idea to production to activation—you’re not just selling; you own the end-to-end outcome.
  • Market Presence: Represent Interactive Paper at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with Marketing, Product & Operations and actively shape the sales structure for the coming years.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales—ideally in marketing, media, or an agency environment
  • An existing network of relevant decision-makers, contacts, and agencies
  • A hunter mentality: you think in opportunities, not structures
  • Experience in project management or campaign steering—you keep all the threads together
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver operationally
  • Independence, ownership, and a truly hands-on mindset
