We're looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our sales operations from the ground up.

Your tasks
Tasks
Sales Support & Administration (~50%): Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Maintain and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate client and deal data. Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for Account Managers. Process orders and coordinate with operations for smooth campaign execution.
Lead Research & Qualification (~30%): Research potential clients at agencies, brands, and companies. Qualify inbound leads from our marketing engine and prepare prospect briefings. Support outreach campaigns with data gathering, list building, and initial contact preparation.
Client Communication & Coordination (~20%): Handle initial client inquiries and route them to the right team members. Support campaign execution with client updates and coordination. Assist with post-campaign reporting and sample/demo material logistics.
Shape Your Future Role: As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility. High performers will transition into Account Management or Business Development roles, building their own client relationships and contributing directly to revenue.
Learning & Development: Work closely with experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to enterprise clients, and develop your skills in B2B sales, marketing technology, and client management.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role — ideally in marketing, media, or agency environments
Strong organizational skills: you can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep things running smoothly
Detail-oriented: accuracy matters to you, whether it's CRM data, client correspondence, or proposal numbers
Clear communicator: professional written and verbal skills in English; German is a plus
Proactive mindset: you anticipate needs, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do
Team-first attitude: you enjoy supporting others, celebrating shared wins, and contributing to collective success
Growth ambition: you're not looking for a dead-end admin role — you want to learn sales and build a career in a fast-scaling company
