Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field (specialization in accounting/controlling preferred); Master's advantageous, equivalent experience considered, Ideally 1–4 years' professional experience in external auditing, accounting, controlling/cost accounting, management consulting or a related field – preferably within a Big Four or multinational environment, Strong accounting skills; knowledge of SAP FI/CO is an asset, Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial topics also to non‑finance stakeholders, Applicants must be fluent in both English and Polish (due to regular communication with various stakeholders)
