For our client with international structures, we are looking for people with a passion for foreign languages! Your responsibilitiesProvides excellent customer serviceHandles enquiries and requests, Customers and Prospects via different communication channels in direct conversations and in writingReceives, documents, and responds to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge management resources)Supports users with online platforms, receiving, documenting and reproducing incidents, and resolving them in close cooperation with Technology departmentHelps with Sales and Marketing Plan (Core Plan), maximizing the utilization of online resourcesContributes to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilitiesDirects unresolved requests and enquiries to further support levels and to other departmentsProtects personal database and applies legal requirements in regard to personal data protectionGenerates innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customer satisfaction and support an environment that embraces continuous improvement to drive customer valueAssists other team members to leverage and develop their capabilitiesContributes to Quality Assurance and Training-related tasks outside of regular responsibilities to enable customer service meet our quality standardsOur requirementsRomanian language at C1/C2 level is a must, together with English at minimum B2 levelKnowledge of an additional European language (min.
