The Data Architect will play a key role in designing and maintaining robust data solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across multiple platforms. This position requires strong expertise in SQL Server, Snowflake, and Qlik Replicate, with a focus on operational excellence, data replication, and performance optimization.

Daily Tasks:

• Operationalize Qlik Replicate: monitoring, alerting, SLO management, runbook creation, and response automation.
• Ensure data reliability through completeness checks, reconciliations, and incident management.
• Manage HA/DR: implement and test failover/failback procedures, harden AlwaysOn/AG configurations.
• Optimize performance: latency tuning and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with DBA teams on standards (log backup, retention, long transactions, indexes for CDC), priorities, and governance.
