Location: Wieleń (near to Krzyż Wielkopolski)/ Hybrid (max. 2 days from home)

We are looking for a Site Controller who will be responsible for the financial management of a production site located in Wieleń. In this role, you will act as a finance business partner to the local Managing Director and the CFO based in Sweden. You will be part of the local management team.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Full financial management of the local facility, covering both production and sales
  • Ensuring accurate performance follow-up through margin analysis and supply chain analytics
  • Managing monthly closings and preparing P&L and balance sheet reports, including variance and trend analysis
  • Leading the annual budgeting process for the site
  • Managing forecasting and budgeting by combining bottom‑up planning with top‑down targets
  • Presenting financial results and forecasts to senior management
  • Maintaining and improving financial processes and structures
  • Driving continuous improvement in reporting, controls, and analytical tools
  • Developing dashboards and KPIs in Power BI
  • Enhancing Microsoft Dynamics to support stronger financial insights
  • Handling ad hoc business controlling tasks

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a controller within the manufacturing sector
  • Preferably experience in supply chain controlling
  • Experience working in a Scandinavian business environment is a strong asset
  • Interest in ERP/BI development
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and a hands‑on mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel to Sweden
