We are seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers with a strong background in Java and React, and deep exposure to Equity Derivatives products, to build bespoke, business-critical trading and structuring solutions. This is a front-office aligned role, with engineers embedded directly on the trading floor, working side-by-side with traders and quants to deliver low-latency, high-impact systems across both flow and structured/exotic derivatives. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy operating close to the business, taking ownership of features across the full technology stack, and contributing in a fast-paced, iterative front-office environment.
