3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management or Finance processes., Strong understanding of Finance master data and x-process dependencies., Knowledge of data protection regulations and financial controls., Strong documentation and process management discipline., Familiarity with MDM tools and best practices., Proactive approach to continuous improvement and automation., Readiness for business travel (up to 20%)., Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday)., Proficiency in MDM tools (SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio, etc.)., Knowledge of master data governance for Finance (suppliers, customers, CoA, reporting segments, inventory)., Ability to work in European or African time zones.
