Your tasks

  • As a Global Sales Director you will define and execute a global sales strategy, positioning us as a category leader in AI-led manufacturing and driving exponential revenue growth.
  • You will build, mentor, and empower a world-class direct and indirect sales organization from the ground up, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
  • You will institutionalize the Challenger Sales methodology, embedding an insight-led approach that transforms customer engagement and delivers measurable value.
  • You will forge and nurture strategic relationships with leading manufacturers, OEMs, and co-sell with technology partners, expanding our market reach and influence.
  • You will identify and unlock new market segments and strategic partnerships, accelerating our growth trajectory and enhancing our competitive edge.
  • You will ensure predictable revenue performance through robust pipeline management, precise forecasting, and seamless collaboration with Product, Marketing, and customer success teams, while actively shaping company strategy as a member of the leadership team.

Your profile

  • Education: completed degree in business administration, engineering or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Experience and Knowledge: proven track record as a senior sales leader (Director, Vice President or equivalent) in industrial software, manufacturing solutions or AI/IIoT; experience in building and scaling international B2B enterprise sales teams; Expertise in complex B2B sales cycles and frameworks such as Challenger Sales; proven knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation and digital transformation; excellent communication and stakeholder skills, especially at C-level
  • Personality and Working Practice: you combine strategic vision with pragmatic implementation, communicating confidently at C-level and building lasting relationships; you define your division’s contribution to overall success, set ambitious goals, and use resources in a targeted manner; you recognize market trends, take transparent risks, and focus on sustainable growth; you provide team members with orientation, encourage their active participation, and highlight their successes; you attract diverse talents, foster team cohesion alongside high performance, and leverage challenges as opportunities for development, consistently demonstrating your role model function
  • Work Routine: willingness to travel regionally and internationally (up to 40–50%)
  • Enthusiasm: passion for innovative AI and data technologies and their application
  • Languages: fluent in written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage
