Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field., 5+ years of experience as a Property Product Manager., 3+ years of people management experience (cross-country or international experience is a strong advantage)., Strong understanding of property risk pricing and segmentation; underwriting rules and rating factor governance; deployment via rating engines., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities., Very good English (written and spoken)., Property or technical risk background is a plus.
