We are looking for an IKN Tools Support & Application Tester to join our Partner supporting NATO operations.Location: Braine-l'Alleud, BE – relocation is required.The candidate is required to possess a valid NATO SECRET security clearance.Responsibilities:Testing and Quality Assurance,Test IKM Tools releases through manual and automated testing of user behavior and backend functionalities across NATO networks.Create and document test cases, guidelines, and at least 20 tests monthly.Track test execution and development tasks with the team.Identify software defects and propose solutions and recommendations for improvements.Participate in Agile Scrum sprint cycles (3-week cycles).Documentation and Process ManagementPrepare technical and user documentation, including How-To guides and Test Plans.Act as Document Controller, ensuring completeness, quality, and archival of CPS documentation.Maintain and implement information handling procedures.Application and Tools ExpertiseExperience in application testing at system, integration, and regression levels.Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.Familiarity with SharePoint environments and IKM (Information & Knowledge Management) tools (EDMS, PITT, NIP, TT+).Ability to create test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.Experience with bug tracking and quality assurance processes.Experience and Education:Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in application testing, QA, or similar roles.Demonstrable experience with manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.Familiarity with SharePoint and IKM toolsets.Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret.Experience documenting test results and preparing user guidelines.Desirable Experience:Prior experience working in an international military/civilian environment.Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization (including ACO and ACT).Agile Scrum methodology experience.Training & Certifications (desirable):Certifications in QA, Agile Scrum, or relevant IT tools and processes.Offer:On-site position in Belgium (Braine-l’Alleud) - relocation is required.Full-time, long-term B2B contract with Shimi, renewable for up to one year.Start date: 02 February 2026.Rate: 82 EUR/h net.Security Clearance: NATO Secret.
