You are a student or have a relevant university degree or basic experience in process description, document management, customer service or order processing, You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes, and organization, You are willing to work with Celonis and learn Salesforce and SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfillment and Order Management tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, GMES) would be an asset, You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, You are a team-oriented person and good networker, You provide a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset, You have an interest in working in international teams and cooperating with multiple teams, You are fluent in English
