Your tasks

About This Role

As our Partner Marketing Manager for Germany, you will work on identifying opportunities and challenges to boost our B2B brand (Lieferando). Together with your team, you're responsible for leading the planning, best-in-class execution, and evaluation of the B2B marketing agenda.

As a market expert, you know what resonates well with our partners and the wider restaurant industry. From attracting them to our platform to making them stick - you know how to serve the right message through the right channel to reach our audience in their journey with us.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Implement and execute global and local marketing campaigns initiatives that drive traffic to our B2B platforms (webshop, portals, knowledge center, etc.) through thought leadership and brand videos.
  • Partner with CRM and Product Marketing teams to increase Partner Health and retention via feature adoption campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Product organisation to plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features - translating product updates into clear, value-driven customer propositions and campaigns.
  • Understanding and analysing the impact of campaigns in the business - testing, optimising, and sharing best practices.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with multiple internal external parties
  • Confident working autonomously, with a proactive, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with strong creative judgment and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, to ensure successful project management.
  • Perfect English and German language skills (written and spoken).
