Power BI Developer100% REMOTE WORKB2B via ExperisB2B rate: 150-160 PLN netto+VAT/hFull‑time Responsibilities:Implement a complete CI/CD pipeline for Power BI solutions, ensuring automation, version control, and deployment best practices.Analyse, validate and optimize existing reports and data models created in Tableau and SAP Business Objects.Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, data models, and reporting solutions.Design and build semantic data models in Power BI, including star schemas, fact and dimension tables, and optimized datasets.Create, manage and publish both interactive and paginated Power BI reports, ensuring high performance, usability, and strong visual standards.Develop advanced DAX calculations to support business logic, KPIs and complex reporting needs.Implement incremental refresh and other performance optimization techniques across large datasets.Support the development of multilingual reporting solutions (CMS‑driven).Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality. Requirements: Experience:Proven experience in the role of Power BI Developer: min. 8 years.For additional team members: min. 4 years in a similar role.Experience with CI/CD processes specifically for Power BI.Experience with SAP BO migrations.Experience working with Tableau.
