Goelett seeks a Product Manager to drive product vision and manage product value streams in a hybrid model. Requires 5+ years of experience in the travel industry and agile environments.
In Goelett, as part of the S4BT Group, we bring together travel industry expertise and strong product & engineering capabilities to build and scale a modern business travel platform used by organizations across Europe.We are looking for a Product Manager who will co‑lead a product value stream in a 2‑in‑the‑box model, applying Working Backwards principles to shape product vision, design, and delivery. You will drive market fit, identify opportunities from user behavior and regulatory changes, manage requirements and backlog, oversee development and UX analysis, and strengthen product practices. Experience in travel, agile environments, and 5+ years in product roles are essential.Work model: hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote / weekly)UoP: 15 000 - 17 500 PLN gross/monthlyWhat you will be doingOwn the product vision and guide the development of the product to continuously improve product-market fitWork in a 2-in-the-box setup following Amazon’sWorking Backwards principleIn close collaboration with the Development Leader, define the value stream, goals, and initiatives with a strong focus on customer value and business impactCo-own and manage the value stream’s operational plan (roadmap, priorities, outcomes)Drive reliable and timely delivery by clear prioritization, backlog ownership, and outcome-driven decision makingIdentify opportunities and risks arising from market changes, customer behavior, client needs, local regulations, and compliance requirementsTranslate business needs into clear product requirements: user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteriaOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focusDrive UX decisions in collaboration with design and engineering to ensure intuitive and usable solutionsConduct market and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, or extensionsWork closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and release phasesActively contribute to building strong product and engineering practices by sharing knowledge and applying best practicesRepresent the product internally (knowledge sharing, alignment) and externally (pre-sales support, product marketing input)What we're looking forExperience in travel industryExperience in agile product development environment5+ years of relevant product management/design, subject matter expert or business / system analysis work experienceTeam management experienceDegreeWorking skills in requirements, processes, business analysisGood communications skills (English B2+)What we offerA truly global perspective – develop your international mindset by collaborating daily with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds across the world.Real impact – contribute to shaping the future of one of the most user-centric companies in the travel-tech industry.
