We are looking for a Product Manager – Knowledge Management to build, structure, and scale product knowledge across our B2B SaaS platform.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing, ensuring that product documentation, knowledge bases, and enablement materials are clear, consistent, and easy to use.You will turn complex products into simple, structured, and impactful knowledge that supports product adoption, sales effectiveness, and customer success.What You’ll DoOwn and develop product documentation for a complex SaaS platformBuild and maintain a central knowledge base (docs, FAQs, guides, playbooks)Prepare Release Notes and support product launchesSupport Product Managers with:WebinarsProduct presentations and demosCreate Sales Enablement materials:Product overviewsValue propositionsFAQs and comparison docsEnsure consistent product messaging across Product, Sales, CX, and MarketingImprove knowledge structure, discoverability, and quality over time What We’re Looking For2+ years of commercial experience in:Knowledge Management, Product Operations, Technical Writing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or similarStrong written communication skillsExperience working with SaaS, technology, or digital productsAbility to structure complex information clearlyHigh ownership, autonomy, and attention to qualityEnglish level: C1 or higher (mandatory) Nice to HaveExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similarExperience creating enablement, onboarding, or training materialsBackground in Product, CX, or Marketing teamsWe Offer: Full remote position / hybrid work (office in Gliwice)Employment Contract or B2B.
