Hands-on experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role in IT, Technical background ideally experience as a technical tester, developer, or a graduate of technical studies, Good understanding of Python-based systems and modern software architectures, Ability to comfortably collaborate with engineers and understand technical trade-offs, Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), Experience managing product backlogs and writing clear, actionable user stories, Ability to take ownership of an existing product and continue its development, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work independently and make product-related decisions, Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices, High level of ownership, accountability, and transparency, Fluent English (C1 level) is a must
