Your tasks

Lead and coordinate a high-performance production team building advanced UAV systems. You’ll ensure targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and morale.

• Manage daily production schedules, shift planning, and workload allocation.
• Supervise technicians and associates, ensuring standards and procedures are met.
• Report KPIs and escalate blockers early.
• Support onboarding, training, and certification of new staff.
• Act as liaison between Production, Quality, and Engineering.

Your profile

• 5+ years leadership in production environments (aerospace or automotive preferred).
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and production control.
• Proven people-management and coaching skills.
• High operational awareness and discipline.
