5+ years in test automation with a strong focus on performance and load testing, Strong technical skills and experience with tools, Jmeter experience (k6 - nice to have), Proficiency in Java for developing custom scripts, plugins, or integrations, CI/CD integration for automated performance testing pipelines, Containerized environments (Docker), Strong understanding and testing experience with messaging middleware, such as: ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, Apache Kafka, Fluent in English; strong communication skills, Strong analytical mindset with a test design–oriented approach, Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across teams to improve QA practices
