Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred., Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP business process ownership or related roles., Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects., Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC 6.0, FICO, MM, SD, PP and S/4 HANA) and bolt-on technologies., Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)., Communication skills to engage with leadership team, influence decisions, and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups., SAP certification(s) in relevant modules., Experience in global SAP rollouts or transformations., Familiarity with digital transformation and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI/ML in ERP)., Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) in SAP environments.
