Relevant project and operational experience in the SAP environment, Good knowledge of processes, mechanisms, data models and function modules provided by SAP IM/LE (inbound, outbound, warehouse and related customs topics), Proven experience in SAP customizing, Completed studies (university/college) in (business) informatics or comparable practical experience, High initiative and assertiveness, strong teamwork skills, cross-functional task and process-oriented thinking and acting, as well as analytical thinking skills, Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, Willingness to work work across time zones (support entities from multiple continents), Excellent communication, Experience in debugging ABAP programs would be beneficial, Familiarity with SAP interface technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, and RFC would be beneficial, German language skills would be advantageous
