Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment, Fluency in spoken and written German, Excellent English skills, written and verbal, Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills, Proven record of delivering commercial value through sourcing initiatives, Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.) and Microsoft Office, Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all level
