Your Tasks:

You take on leading roles within the framework of transformation and IT projects.You act independently and manage the junior consultants and IT service providers.You plan and execute complex projects or subprojects and independently involve all relevant stakeholders.You are familiar with agile disciplines (e.g. Design Thinking, SAFe, Kanban) and can apply them with our customers.You translate the customer's wishes into specifications for internal and external IT service providers. You are no stranger to agile requirements management.

What we Expect From You:

For this role, you will have successfully completed an analytical, technology-related degree (e.g. industrial engineering, business informatics or computer science).You already have leading project roles and can prove this.You have undergone further training and have certain certifications (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, PMP, etc.).You have experience with agile and collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Miro.You like to familiarize yourself quickly with new applications and technologies.You understand the need for a process description/model and know how and when to apply it.You have an agile mindset with which you inspire and motivate your environment.Your working style is characterized by commitment and initiative, as well as a careful and goal-oriented approach.You speak fluent German and English.
