Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Data Scientist for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a health insurance company that uses advanced technology to better serve its members. They focus on making health insurance easier through telemedicine, user-friendly technology, and clear claim pricing. This approach helps patients navigate their healthcare more easily. The Senior Data Scientist for Advanced Risk Modeling will serve as a senior individual contributor, focusing on applying advanced machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies on modern ML platforms. You will build and deploy sophisticated models to solve complex business problems, specifically in the risk adjustment domain. You will report to the Director of Data. The project also involves a general on-call rotation lasting a week, which occurs every 5-6 weeks for each team member. Most pages occur during working hours. There could be a few off-hours pages that can be worked on the next working day, with one page per off-hours rotation requiring attention, usually via Slack messages.
