BS degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering, Minimum of 5 years in Finance Controlling experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structure, Operational finance experience onsite minimum 2 years on site, Fluent English and Polish (Italian, German or French are a plus), Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set, effective at all levels of the organization and able to influence and challenge the decision process, Effective communication skills, able to adapt approach when needed, Process & continuous improvement oriented
