Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior Interactive Designer to lead digital experience design across multi‑market campaigns, platforms, and interactive toolkits. This role shapes user experience, visual systems, and interactive behaviours while collaborating closely with creative, UX, motion, and technology teams. Ideal for someone who brings strategic thinking, digital craft excellence, and a passion for designing meaningful interactive experiences. Responsibilities Lead design across websites, interactive modules, digital toolkits, applications, and multi‑platform experiences. Develop UX structures including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models. Create visually compelling UI systems, layouts, and component libraries. Collaborate with developers, UX teams, and creative leads to ensure design intent is delivered accurately. Guide motion behaviours, transitions, micro‑interactions, and design‑to‑motion handoff. Ensure all interactive design meets accessibility standards and platform best practices. Support localisation workflows for digital experiences across multiple markets. Mentor junior designers and contribute to digital design guidelines and systems. Champion innovative thinking and emerging interactive trends within the team. Requirements Experience as a Senior Interactive Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Digital Designer within an agency or digital product environment. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, plus supporting design and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and digital behaviours. Proficiency in UI systems, typography, responsive design, and digital layout. Experience collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with motion, prototyping, or animation tools is a strong bonus. Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, testing, and digital QA frameworks. Passion for emerging technologies, interactive storytelling, and digital innovation.
