Your responsibilities

• Coordinate all associated activities & resources to ensure successful contract execution
• Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Create and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects
• Manage the project budget and margin
• Manage and provide guidance to the project team
• Prepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with information systems
• Communicate new business opportunities identified during project execution
• Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability
• Produce the lessons learn during the project closure phase

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience of project management preferably in software implementation for external customer
• Minimum of 10 years total experience
• Ability to manage teams of 5-10 consultants
• Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Very good command of English & German
• Ability to travel up to maximum 20% of the time

Optional

• Master’s degree in a related field, preferably in engineering or computer science
• Experience with MOM / MES software / SAP or other ERP software suite will be an asset
• Project Management methodology trainings and certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2) will be an asset
