Minimum of 5 years of experience of project management preferably in software implementation for external customer, Minimum of 10 years total experience, Ability to manage teams of 5-10 consultants, Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills, Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts, Very good command of English & German, Ability to travel up to maximum 20% of the time, Master’s degree in a related field, preferably in engineering or computer science, Experience with MOM / MES software / SAP or other ERP software suite will be an asset, Project Management methodology trainings and certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2) will be an asset
