This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure expert with a track record of designing secure, scalable, and maintainable systems that support enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
You’ll play a critical role in building and operating the foundation of our modern data protection platform, helping define the future of our cloud architecture, disaster recovery readiness, and internal developer experience.
What You’ll Do

Architect and manage core cloud services, including networking, identity/access control, account/subscription hierarchy, and resource governance
Define and implement cloud-based disaster recovery strategies that meet enterprise RTO/RPO requirements
Drive standards for high availability, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency across our cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
Lead initiatives that improve developer experience, platform reliability, and operational excellence
Build internal tooling and automation to simplify cloud adoption and resource provisioning for engineering teams
Serve as a technical leader and mentor, guiding engineers across platform, SRE, and product teams
Partner with security, compliance, and operations teams to enforce cloud architecture policies and guardrails
Represent the platform team in architecture reviews, planning discussions, and cross-functional programs
26 paid days off annually, plus 3 global VeeaMe Days for self-care and paid volunteer time
Paid parental, maternity, and paternity leave
Fully covered family medical plan, dental, rehab, and vaccinations
Life, critical illness, and disability insurance
Employer pension contribution via PPK
Monthly Edenred allowance of 450 PLN for meals
MultiSport card fully covered by Veeam, giving access to sports facilities nationwide
Six free therapy sessions, plus legal and financial advice
Professional training and education, including courses and workshops, internal meetups, and unlimited access to our online learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Athena, O’Reilly) and mentoring through our MentorLab program
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles, with deep expertise in Azure, AWS, or both
Experience designing and supporting production infrastructure for enterprise SaaS applications
Proven experience defining and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans in the cloud
Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, multi-account/subscription architecture, and policy enforcement
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Pulumi) and CI/CD systems
Skilled in scripting or programming (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go)
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives and drive adoption of best practices
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architecture beyond your immediate team
Clear, direct communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus Skills
Experience working in multi-cloud environments
Familiarity with internal developer platforms, service mesh, or API gateway patterns
Knowledge of cloud compliance frameworks and security best practices
