Around 10 years of experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD., Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management., Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders., Basic knowledge about Generative AI in the context of ServiceNow platform. Ideally proficiency in Now Assist including AI Agents., ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification is preffered.
