Several years of experience in administration and configuration of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Good understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including user and permission management, security, and governance, Practical experience in developing PowerApps, workflows, and process automations, Experience in or knowledge of data migration (e.g., from network drives or legacy systems to SharePoint Online), Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within M365, Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and collaboration tools within the M365 ecosystem, Strong communication and consulting skills to support business users in adopting new tools, Ability to create technical documentation and user training materials, Good command of English (at least B2 level); German is an asset, Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to continuously learn new Microsoft technologies, MSCE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
