For the successful launch of our innovative software platform StudyGen 360, we are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing bioanalytical workflows and system capabilities to prospective clients
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define feature requirements based on industry best practices, regulatory standards, and client feedback
- Provide technical pre-sales support including responding to RFPs, conducting gap analyses, and solution scoping for bioanalytical laboratories
- Develop training materials, validation templates, and implementation guides aligned with bioanalytical laboratory workflows
- Act as internal bioanalytical authority ensuring product development aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Bridge the gap between laboratory operations and software functionality, helping the organization better understand the requirements in bioanalytical laboratories

Your profile

Required Qualifications- 5+ years hands-on experience in regulated bioanalytical laboratories (pharma/CRO) with deep expertise in method development, validation, and sample analysis
- Strong understanding of LIMS/laboratory informatics systems and their role in supporting bioanalytical workflows
- Knowledge of bioanalytical regulatory landscape (FDA/EMA guidelines for method validation, ISR, incurred sample stability)
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and basic technical literacy (databases, APIs, system integrations) with ability to quickly learn new technologiesYour Profile- Deep subject matter expertise with passion for translating laboratory processes into digital workflows
