Responsibilities:\n

\nAs a Working Student in Corporate Finance & Venture Capital, you’ll become a key part of our team and gain valuable insights into the entire venture capital process. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in an exciting phase as we navigate a major fundraising round. From the initial outreach to closing, you’ll play an active role in sharing our vision and securing the capital that fuels our growth. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll dive deep into the strategic development of an innovative tech startup and gain valuable insights into the world of startup financing and investor relations. Depending on your experience, you will work on one or more of the following tasks:\n\n

• \nStarting on December 1 (or later) for up to 20 hours per week at our locations in Siegen or Hamburg, with the option to work remotely within Germany\n\n

• \nAnalyze market and competitor data to provide investors with well-informed insights\n\n

\n

• \nSupport investor communications: assist in engaging potential investors, respond to inquiries, and help gather necessary information\n\n

\n

• \nTake ownership of preparing and organizing pitch decks and teasers\n\n

\n

• \nConduct research and strategically identify potential investors\n\n

\n

• \nPrepare the data room with relevant information to assist investors in their decision-making process\n\n
