About the project

Your responsibilities

• 24h phone support (shared duty with other people from the team), i.e., responding to all incoming customer calls, ticket registration, categorization, and conducting or joining bridges with the customer
• Collaboration with the Product Development Manager to monitor and manage Product Backlog
• SLA management and escalation with the company
• Testing / retesting critical fixes if the checks are within capability
• Problem management

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Practical experience in software support or software implementation
• Solid understanding of client/server architecture, networking, and internet technologies
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Professional approach to customer service and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Good command of Polish
