We are looking for a Mid Account Executive with experience in the e-commerce space, preferably gained on projects based on Shopify. The person in this role will be responsible for managing the entire sales process end-to-end — from the first client contact, through needs analysis and proposal preparation, to closing the deal and handing the project over for delivery.This role combines sales and consulting skills with a solid understanding of technology.Responsibilities:Managing the full B2B sales cycleUnderstanding clients’ business needs and proposing appropriate e-commerce solutionsPreparing commercial offers, estimates, and sales presentationsCooperating closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teamsParticipating in discovery meetings and client workshopsEnsuring high-quality CRM data and reporting on the sales pipelineStaying up to date with e-commerce trendsRequirements:2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive / Business Development Manager / B2B SalesExperience in the e-commerce, digital, or software house / technology agency environmentStrong ability to conduct sales conversations and analyze business needsExperience in preparing commercial offers and sales presentationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsIndependence, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindsetVery good command of English (minimum B2)Experience in selling technology projects (implementations, migrations, integrations)Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)We offer:The opportunity to work on international e-commerce projectsReal influence on sales strategy and offer developmentAn attractive performance-based bonus systemA flexible working modelWe are looking for someone who combines strong sales skills with a solid understanding of the e-commerce world, can communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and is focused on building long-term client relationships, not just quick wins.
