As a part of the Account Management team, you will act as a long-term ally and, hopefully, a trusted consultant for our existing and potential clients. By constantly learning what the clients’ needs are, you will help them in developing mutual business opportunities.What you will do:Be the first point of contact for the clients, build strong relationships with them. Communicate client’s feedback, needs and expectations to the internal teamsCollaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans that align with both the client’s goals and the agency’s capabilitiesCoordinate and manage the execution of the projects (branding, rebranding, marketing campaigns, print, digital, events, 3D, video), ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budgetBe responsible for the budget: prepare and negotiate cost estimates and deliver regular sales reports, monitor open purchase orders and remaining budgets, and consistently track progressBe responsible for the ongoing and meticulous updating of data within the available work toolsProactively create and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to current clientsAddress any issues or concerns raised by the clients promptly, work with the internal team to resolve these problems and ensure client satisfactionCollaborate closely with the Account Supervisor to achieve the business unit's goalsWe look forward to working together if:You have 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development ManagerYou have experience of working with corporate clients in an international environment You have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth within a client service or agency environmentYou are proficient in preparing cost estimates and budgeting reportsYou have excellent organizational, presentation, strategic planning, budget management and problem solving skillsYou are detail-oriented and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over the clients entrusted to youYou are a strong negotiator and a great communicator with an aptitude for building professional relationshipsYou are fluent in English (level C1)Even better if:You have experience of working in creative, branding, advertisement, marketing or similar agenciesWe offer you:Feel Good, Do Good: Private healthcare (Luxmed), Multisport card, group life insurance (Allianz), Ask Henry - a personal assistant service to help with everyday tasksLearn & Grow: Knowledge-sharing sessions, access to e-learning platform, possibility to join mentoring program, English classesBalance That Works: Hybrid model in Kraków and Warsaw, remote work in other locations (in Poland)Be Yourself, Belong: Inclusive culture where you can be your authentic self, a team that values different perspectives and backgroundsEat, Laugh, Celebrate: Daily breakfasts and twice a week lunches in the office, occasional company events
