Account Manager (Lease Administration)

Minimum 3 years of experience in account or delivery management for lease administration and/or rent payment processes or similar within real estate., Strong relationship management skills focused on Client care., Strong communication skills fostering a transparent and collaborative approach to achieving strategic goals., Understanding of contractual, financial and commercial aspects of account management., Proactive approach with Client and strong improvement focus., Decision-making skills and proven ability to identify and resolve issues., Ability to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environment., Team player with excellent presentation skills., Fluent, native-like English is a must., Fluent German or another European language is a nice-to-have.
