Accounting & Reporting Specialist (6 month contract)

Your responsibilities would include:performing balance sheet accounts reconciliation including cash transactions reconciliationpreparing local reports (RAS) preparing and posting journal entriesmaintaining Banking Accountproviding audit support specific to general accountingperforming the month end, quarter end and the year-end close processensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports that meet or exceed the Service Level Agreementresponding to queries from Operating Company via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processessupporting General Accounting Manager in identifying, defining and implementing processes improvement opportunitiesacting as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholderscontributing to General Ledger process improvement initiativesassisting in the preparation of statutory account packsidentifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues. You are perfect candidate if you have:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting3+ years of experience in RtR/GL detail-oriented mindset and ability to focus on qualityexcellent Excel skills and very good working knowledge of SAPvery good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and externalvery good written and verbal English.
