Candidates applying should satisfy the following criteria:

  • Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs;
  • Work experience: at least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on the business needs;
  • Computer skills: very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Language skills: very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2) / knowledge of additional EU language.

The description of duties is a presented below:

  • Provide administrative support in general
  • to monitor functional mailboxes and communicate with internal and external parties
  • Co-ordinate and monitor the workflow of documents
  • keeping the register of the tasks assigned to the Division and the related deadline list,
  • Support in drafting notes, letters, reports and follow ups on documents
  • Carry out data entry and support administration and monitoring of electronic databases
  • Assist in organisation of meetings with internal and external participants
  • to draft notes, letters, reports and follow up on them
  • to prepare and follow-up on financial commitments and documents
  • contributing to drafting/distributing/storing various communication processed in the Division,
  • assist in handling correspondence, arranging missions, flights' bookings and agenda management
  • ARES document management system handling support
  • Standby duty coordination
