Position Description
Cinemo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Front Office Team.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome and host customers, visitors, and guests while managing front desk operations
- Handle mail, deliveries, shipping, and office supply management
- Coordinate facility management activities and liaise with external service providers and suppliers
- Organize business travel arrangements for employees and applicants
- Support HR with onboarding activities for new employees
- Plan and coordinate internal events and office initiatives

- Education in hospitality, business administration, or a related commercial field
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- High reliability, attention to detail, and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in both German and English
We offer
This is a part-time, onsite position, and presence in the office on Mondays and Fridays is essential.
