Your core duties will include:Facilitate predictable and transparent delivery for engineering teams using agile methodologies.Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to manage priorities and resolve dependencies.Implement and optimize agile methods like Kanban and Scrum while utilizing flow metrics for forecasting and improvement.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.Analyze data to identify trends and enhance delivery performance.Key Requirements:Experience with flow metrics and forecasting techniques.Hands-on knowledge of Kanban and Scrum practices in software delivery.Proficiency in Jira, with beneficial skills in Actionable Agile and PowerBI.Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Aptitude for analytical problem-solving and data literacy.Nice to Have:Track record of effectively removing bottlenecks and improving team coordination.
