Agile Delivery Lead

The ADL both leads and helps the team to analyse requirements, understand the work required, and deliver this using Agile methods. This role is focused on making delivery happen.Key Accountabilities🔹 Own and drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives from discovery through release, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes🔹 Partner closely with project and programme management to align Agile delivery with broader delivery milestones, dependencies, and governance🔹 Actively manage delivery risks, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating proactively and driving resolution🔹 Facilitate cross-team and cross-function coordination to ensure smooth delivery across multiple platforms🔹 Support release planning and execution, ensuring readiness across engineering, product, QA, operations, and business stakeholders🔹 Ensure delivery commitments are realistic, transparent, and achievable🔹 Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and predictability🔹 Support the product owner and stakeholders in prioritisation decisions to maximise business value 🔹 Ensure delivery adheres to organisational governance, compliance, and quality standards without compromising Agile ways of workingKey Competencies🔹Experience in a Delivery Lead/Agile Delivery Lead/Engineering Delivery role within a technical environment🔹 Practical knowledge of Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, XP), with an emphasis on outcomes over process🔹Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques – Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration🔹 Ability to challenge, support, and collaborate with technical teams in shaping delivery solutions🔹 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in technology-heavy contextsWhat we offer🔹Flexible hours & remote work🔹B2B type of contract🔹English lessons🔹Access to Multisport Program🔹Subsidy to rent an office space🔹Internal initiative for knowledge sharing🔹Happiness boosting initiatives for example happy trips.
