Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master (AML Regulatory Projects)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master (AML Regulatory Projects)3 days in the office per week + 2 days remoteResponsibilities:Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, project architects, application management teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectivesCoordinate and maintain effective communication with external regulatory stakeholdersSupport the establishment of self-organizing and high-performing Agile teamsFacilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesPromote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and value delivery at both team and program levelsCoach and mentor team members on Agile mindset, best practices, and effective ways of workingCreate and maintain effective communication paths between the team and business stakeholdersIdentify and help remove impediments that could affect team productivity and deliveryActively contribute to the Agile Release Train (ART) Scrum Master community by sharing knowledge and best practicesFoster an environment built on trust, collaboration, and accountability, motivating teams to achieve agreed objectivesProvide regular feedback to teams and individual team members to support professional growth and performance Requirements:At least 5 years of professional experience in Agile project leadership roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Project LeadExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with internal teams and external regulatorsHands-on experience and understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and requirementsProven experience in large and complex IT or transformation projects, working closely with development teams and application managementStrong expertise in Agile frameworks, as well as understanding of DevOps practices and Lean principlesPractical experience in team building, team development, and coaching Agile teamsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlinesVery good command of English (oral and written) Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
