AI Engineer (Reinforcement Learning)

University degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field, Strong understanding of Deep Learning concepts, with a focus on Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs), Solid software engineering skills in Python, Practical experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) in robotics context, Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, Jax, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib, Experience with 2D or 3D computer vision methods, Experience with version control and collaboration tools (Git, GitHub, CI/CD), Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken, Experience training models in parallel simulation environments such as MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, or Genesis, Experience with Vision-Language-Action Architectures (VLA), Experience with agentic AI systems, Experience with model optimization and deployment on embedded platforms, Experience with training locomotion policies, Familiarity with robotics frameworks such as ROS2, Programming experience in strongly typed languages (e.g., C++)
