AI Expert - NextGen - Automation & Innovation Department

Lead technical design and architecture for AI systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Guide team members (developers, AI engineers, data scientists) through best practices and code reviews.
Own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and GCP for AI workloads, including cost optimization and security.
Ensure system reliability and performance, troubleshooting distributed systems and optimizing resource usage.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.

3+ years in AI projects.
Deep understanding of GenAI concepts – Transformers, Pretraining, Finetuning
Proven experience leading technical teams (mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions).
Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
Track record of delivering Software/AI projects from concept to production.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
Feeling comfortable with Scripting (Bash, Python)
Experience working with AI Engineers, System Architects, and Cloud Architects
Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, as well as help Engineers in their daily work
Attention to detail
Good English skills - B2
