AI Process Reinventor (ICH Europe)

As a successful candidate, you will work within a team to help clients reinvent their processes in the era of the state-of-the-art digital tools. You will advise clients on process reinvention to realize value as part of digital transformation projects. You will proactively interact with client stakeholders to gather business context, ensure successful delivery, and present tangible business benefits of our work. You will also contribute to internal projects within your team that will further the teams’ strategic goals.
We deliver our work mostly remotely. However, as part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, we are sometimes required to travel and work closely with our Clients in their offices. Therefore, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Experience redesigning processes in context of the newest digital tools
Proficiency in business process transformation
Ability to build strong client/stakeholder relationship
Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral in English
Attitude of proactive ownership and responsibility for the project goals
Experience communicating with business stakeholders (gathering requirements, troubleshooting, presenting results)
Attention to detail
Experience with Process Mining/Hyperautomation/GenAI/AgenticAI tools, methods and frameworks
BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:
At least 1 year of experience in professional services/consulting will be a strong advantage
In depth knowledge of at least one process area (e.g. P2P or O2C)
