AI Solution Analyst (GenAI / Agentic AI / LLM)

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for AI Solution Analyst (GenAI / Agentic AI / LLM).Your duties will include:Analyzing opportunities to apply AI, GenAI and Agentic AI within platform-based solutionsSupporting projects built in Mendix 11 by identifying where AI capabilities can bring real valueTranslating business needs and ideas into AI-enabled solution conceptsAssessing the feasibility, risks, and potential impact of proposed AI initiativesDesigning AI-driven flows, scenarios, and high-level solution approachesAdvising development teams on best ways to integrate AI into platform environmentsEvaluating the business value and practical outcomes of AI implementationsPreparing documentation, best practices, and AI usage guidelines for internal teamsRequirements that must be met:3+ years of experience as Bussines / Solution AnalystTheoretical and practical knowledge of: GenAI / Agentic AI / LLMs and their practical applicationsUnderstanding of AI solution architecture, model behavior, limitations, and best practicesAbility to explain complex AI concepts and translate them into actionable solutionsExperience designing AI flows, integration concepts, and high-level solution architectures2 + years of experience working with AI (implementations, integrations, projects)High level of independence and ability to build and structure AI foundationsVery good English and PolishNice to have:Experience with Mendix 11 as an implementation environmentProduct or platform-level experienceWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
